Rules & Regulations
I Submissions for the film festival are categorized by duration, with short films limited to 40 minutes, documentaries capped at 60 minutes, feature films not exceeding 150 minutes, and music albums restricted to a maximum of 10 minutes.
I Only directors or producers are eligible to submit films, and a single director may present up to six projects.
I Each submission must include essential details such as the names of both the director and producer, a film poster, and a link to the film hosted on Google Drive or Vimeo.
I While we accept films with watermarks for the initial submission, a watermark-free version will be required for any selected films intended for exhibition.
I It is important to note that while English subtitles are not mandatory for films in Indian languages, we strongly prefer submissions that include them.
I Films can also be submitted via YouTube links, but this method is strictly for evaluation purposes. If a film is shortlisted for screening, the applicant must provide a downloadable link through Google Drive or Vimeo.
I We assure that submitted films will not be uploaded to any public platforms; their exhibition will be limited to a select audience and delegates during the festival event.
I Additionally, there are no cash prizes or monetary rewards associated with the festival; winners will receive only trophies and certificates.
I Merchandise related to the film festival, including coffee mugs, T-shirts, and caps, will be available for purchase at fixed prices, with further details accessible on our website.
I Please be aware that results will not be communicated via phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp; instead, the official selections will be published on our website.
I We do not support external recommendations for inclusion in the official selection or winners' list, and any attempts to influence this process will result in the rejection of the film's application.
I Furthermore, any submission containing fabricated or misleading information will also be disqualified.
I The festival authority reserves the right to modify dates, schedules, venues, and selection statuses at any time. In the event that the festival is canceled or not rescheduled as announced, entry fees will be refunded; however, changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as war, natural calamities or pandemic will not qualify for refunds.
I The results will be published on our official website, where winners will be officially notified regarding their achievements and the subsequent award distribution process. It is important to note that we do not send individual notifications or emails to applicants who have not been selected as winners. This policy is in place due to the high volume of applications we receive each year, which makes it impractical to contact every participant. We encourage all applicants to regularly check the website for updates on the results, as this will be the primary source of information regarding the outcome of the selection process.
